we will disclose to our clients - any conflict of interests
of our team-mates in the assignments to be undertaken by us,
if any.
We
would disclose to our clients when we become aware of
any relationship with their potential competition that may
influence their judgment before granting us the assignment.
We
are willing to involve independent monitors / auditors
or create checks to reduce the possibility of bias,
if any; and in order to prove that we do not have any
conflict of interests in the assignments carried out
by us.
We
respect the decision of our clients to grant us the
business in projects with a potential conflict of interests
of ours.
